TACTICAL SPORT AND DEFENSE SHIPPING POLICY:
All items are inspected by the staff prior to shipment. It is our goal to make sure you receive a quality product in perfect condition!
Note: TACTICAL SPORT & DEFENSE normal business hours are from 8am to 7pm Pacific time Monday-Friday and 9am to 4pm Saturday. Orders received during these times, will be processed the following business day unless a backorder for product exists. Orders will be shipped within three business days unless a backorder exists. Customer will be notified if product is on backorder, with order being filled once product inventory becomes available. Customers credit card will not be charged, until order has been shipped. When the TACTICAL SPORT & DEFENSE office is closed, orders placed during this time will be processed when office reopens for normal business.
For a TASER C2 device to qualify under the 10-day return policy it must not be activated and no attempted activation may have been made. Any product returned to Tactical Sport & Defense without prior authorization from Tactical Sport & Defense will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Tactical Sport & Defense will not ship the product back to you.
Tactical Sport & Defense will not accept any exchanges or returns of TASER C2 devices that have been activated or where activation was attempted.

- All Orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise noted
- We Ship all orders complete
- If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided and a package is returned, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges
- Please be sure to provide a secure shipping address as once a package shows that it was delivered it becomes the property of the customer and Tactical Sport & Defense is not liable for its safety
- We will email you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES
- YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE FOR A REFUND (MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES) OR AN EXCHANGE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE AS LONG AS THE ITEM AND PACKAGE IS IN NEW AND IN UNUSED CONDITION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR AN EXCHANGE.
- PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT SHOULD ANY PART OF YOUR ORDER BE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. UPON REVIEW BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONEL YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDELING CHARGES.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE POSSIBLE IF RECEIVED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU MUST THEN FOLLOW THE RETURN POLICY PROCESS.
- IF YOU REQUEST A CANCELLATION AND IT IS INTERNALLY TOO LATE, PLEASE RETURN THE SHIPMENT AND WE WILL CREDIT YOUR CREDIT CARD (MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES) WHEN THE ITEM IS RECEIVED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED WITH DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE CHARGED A RE-PACKAGING/RESTOCKING FEE OF 15%.
- RESTOCKING FEES: UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR THE RETURN IS A DIRECT RESULT OF TACTICAL SPORT & DEFENSE ERROR, TACTICAL SPORT & DEFENSE MAY CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE SALES TAX.
